Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Mailed in orders may take slightly longer. Jade & Pearl reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost, and delivery schedules.

Our preferred carriers are USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Delivery time can take anywhere from 2-8 business days depending on your location and carrier. Orders under 13 ounces are expedited via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 13 ounces are shipped USPS Priority or Parcel Post. Please request Priority if you need faster shipment. Larger orders are shipped USPS, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. USPS Expedited 1-2 day shipping is usually available upon request for an extra fee.

International Orders
Cost and delivery time for shipping and handling on international orders varies according to location. Orders under 4 pounds and $400.00 will be shipped USPS First-Class International. Orders over 4 pounds and $400.00 will be shipped USPS Priority International. Insurance is required for larger orders and is included in the cost of shipping.

Jade & Pearl is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation email sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated. All countries, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Jade & Pearl and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.

If an international parcel is returned to us because of non-payment of duty, taxes, or fees, or marked "unclaimed", our refund back to the credit card will be minus the shipping/handling charge.  Any credit refunded back to a credit card will only be credited if the products arrive back to us in satisfactory condition.
